program turun berat badan

day 3

progress program turun berat badan. so far berat belum turun lagi kot. but im keep trying. bkn nak kurus je aim nye. nak sihat. tu yg lebih penting.

so far yg dah buat:
 1. jog
2. avoid mkn mlm. mkn yg ringan2 je. xpun makan b4 7.
3. kurangkan fast food.
4. avoid ice!
5. drink plenty of plain water

itu je..current weight 65kg. tinggi 147cm :(
